Human resource marketing???

Cornelius Thornborrow: Marketing an organization to attract potential employees. Traditional marketing is looking to attract customers. HR marketing is looking to attract employees. It is as simple as that.

Piedad Bassiti: Marketing the service offerings of the HR department: to include recruitment and retention, employee assessments, benefits administration, payroll services, onboarding, training, and exits/terminations, to name a few...

Ollie Desalvo: If you are already studying business, I would presume marketing should be a better course for you since they are closely related. Personally I started off with accountancy, then business administration and ended with a marketing course. During the course of my work, I picked up financial experiences as well as practical human resources.
