Ronnie Sardi: There are much easier and less expensive ways of making 2D vector animations than buying and learning Flash. If you just want to make animated web banners and ads, then use Swish. If you want to make animated cartoons, then use CrazyTalk Animator, or Anime Studio, or one of the cheaper versions of Toon Boom.
Lewis Ranft: You have to purchase Adobe Flash (VERY expensive imo) and there are HUNDREDS of online tutorials that show you how to make animations.
