You also need fruit and a tub of cream cheese Put the dough on a non-stick pan and knead it out so it resembles a huge cookie.Cook the dough according to the directions and let it cool. Once cooled, spread the cream cheese in an even layer so that it covers the entire sheet of cookie. Prepare the fruit and decorate the top of the cookie. This dish doesn't keep very long so make it the day of you pla! n on serving it. To give a bit more shelf life drizzle a bit of peach juice on top.
