Hugo Pittari: Would you spend more time on this site if they dealt with the random reporting troll problem by implementing harsher penalties for flagging questions that are fine, relaxing the community guidelines or only deleting questions from the 'Related Questions' so if you come back to them via notifications they're still there? Also, if it was faster and bugs like pages loading partially or not at all were fixed?

Pam Rampadarat: The deletion of questions is most frustrating when I find they have gone while I writing an answer. The reaso! n for the deletion is not always obvious.Even more frustrating is the deletion of perfectly good answers that comply with all the rules. These days, YA don't even seem to bother replying to an appeal. I do try to give appropriate and/or helpful answers where I can.The new format doesn't help but I am learning to live with it.It would not take much to deter me from contributing to YA completely. I'd like to find something more demanding and better suited to an old git who has knocked around for a good number of years.
