Olin Hallin: Hi Thats your video card and display setting , ok , it goes like this , if your desktop is at let say 600x800 and the game is at 1024x768 then the monitor has to change its refresh rate at 60 or 70 , so , if your video card drives ARE NOT seeing the other resolution then its start making it has its a new hardware you are trying to install , so hence , unistall your video card and reinstall then go to device manager and verify that your monitor is properly configure...Show more
