Elden Dedon: No, because it has to be sold at fair market value. It's obviously worth $3000 so he has to try to get as close to that amount as he can.
Mack Ukich: Technically, Dan can sue Jim for breach of contract, since he techichally broke the contract after he signed the deal. The fact that he sold it to his brother is irrelevant. It's Dan's car he can sell it for whatever price he wants. More to the point, how would Jim know that Dan sold the car for $100.
