Understanding "musical power", "peak power", etc in car audio systems.?

Azzie Trembly: Not all Christians do this. As somebody who used to follow that philosophy, I may be able to give you an answer, though. I would say those exact things because of all the differences I'd find in churches I'd go to. I'd become so frustrated with trying to figure out what I was "supposed" to believe, I finally gave up. Bob Nakamoto: peak power is a selling point. RMS or continuous power is what you look for when buying things.then look for db to noise ratios for clarity and loudness. ive heard that Boss audio isnt good. and avoid any speaker that says outrageous claims like 100 watts rms 1500 peak or something stupid. generally rms is about half of peak wattages
